Honduras Volunteer strives to organize an experience-rich and unforgettable stay in Honduras for you. We select the area of deployment (the project) based on your interests and wishes. As a small family organization, we are able to respond individually to your interests.

So that you can quickly communicate and converse in Honduras, we recommend that you acquire basic knowledge of Spanish before departure. If you would like to deepen your Spanish skills on site, we will be happy to arrange private Spanish lessons for you. However, this is not included in the participant fee.
Important to know: In Honduras, "Spanish lessons" does not mean teaching Spanish grammar and spelling (this is not considered very important by the Honduran population :-). Rather, it is about improving communication skills in Spanish.
